Hilda’s Yard

Put on your “fanciful” dress and join the Farmington Valley Stage Company in Collinsville for a Mardi Gras celebration.

The evening includes live music by “Groove Therapy”, dancing, costume contest, desserts, and coffee.  The celebration begins at 7:30 pm with doors opening at 7 pm.

Tickets are only available online and will not be sold at the door.

Tickets are $30/person .
There is a discount of $5.00 per ticket when purchased prior to February 1st.

On Golden Pond

On Golden Pond focuses on aging couple Ethel and Norman Thayer, who spend each summer at their home on a lake called Golden Pond. During the year the story takes place, they are visited by daughter Chelsea with her fiancé Billy Ray and his son Billy Ray Jr. The play explores the often-turbulent relationship the young woman shared with her father growing up, and the difficulties faced by a couple in the twilight years of a long marriage.

The musical, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum is a nonstop laugh fest in which Pseudolus, a crafty slave, struggles to win the hand of a beautiful, but slow-witted, courtesan named Philia for his young master, Hero, in exchange for freedom. The plot twists and turns with cases of mistaken identity, slamming doors and a showgirl or two
