For General Admission, select your desired date and number of tickets.

ON THE STAGE is an entirely digital ticketing platform, so there are no physical tickets you need to print or pick up.
When you arrive at the performance venue, just give your name and/or confirmation code at the check in table and you will be admitted.
Tickets may be exchanged, or upgraded to Premium Reserved seats. Simply use the Ticket Exchange Form here or on the Box Office drop down menu.
Please note: it is not posisble to exhange tickets for a performance that has "SOLD OUT".
Don't worry. You just need to give your name at the check-in desk.
Tickets are only held in your cart for ten minutes after selection. If you do not complete your transaction within that ten-minute period, your previously selected tickets are released.
To delete a selection from your cart simply hit the trash can icon to the right of where the price is listed for the seat you wish to remove.
Once you purchase a ticket you will be sent an email confirmation with an access code. This code is specific to you and cannot be shared.
The video is available for the dates noted on the website. Your ticket can be used anytime during that time. Once you login and hit play, you'll have access to the video for 24 hours. During this 24 hour period you can fast forward, pause, rewind, or watch it multiple times.
Once you purchase your ticket you will recieve a confirmation email with information on the options for watching the video (Apple TV, Roku, computer, etc) as well as a link to access the video.
Our main entrance is on Market Street. Look for the sign at the corner directing you to the door. Note that there are stairs at this entrance.
You can also enter from the lower lot, up the ramp, and take the elevator to the first floor.
Yes, typically, the first five rows are reserved seats. You can select your seat online when purchasing tickets.
The remainder of the seating is General Admission on a first come-first serve basis.
The intimate auditorium holds a maximum of 100 seats.

Parking is available in the lower lot behind the town hall with an entrance on that level.
Take the elevator to the auditorium on the first floor.
